These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of products and services from Evergreen Flower Farm, located in Grayland, WA. By placing an order or inquiry you agree to these terms in full.

Our Products and Services

Evergreen Flower Farm offers the following:

  • Floral Arrangements: Fresh and dried floral arrangements handcrafted to order for everyday gifting, home decor, and personal use.
  • Special Events Florals: Custom floral design and delivery for weddings, celebrations, memorials, and other special occasions. Pricing established by consultation.
  • Floral Installations: Large-scale decorative floral installations for venues, storefronts, events, and private spaces. Scope and pricing by quote.
  • Custom Art Creations: One-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces incorporating dried botanicals, including our Library Garden Book collection, shadow boxes, framed pressed arrangements, and other custom commissions.

All handcrafted products use natural materials. Results may vary slightly from examples shown due to the nature of botanicals and the uniqueness of each piece.

Quotes and Custom Orders

Special events florals, installations, and custom commissions require a consultation before pricing is confirmed. A deposit may be required to secure your date or begin production. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of agreement.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment for standard products is due in full at the time of ordering. For custom and event services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. We do not store your card information.

Delivery Options

  • Local Pickup: Free. Available at our farm in Grayland, WA.
  • Local Delivery: $15. Within 25 miles of Grayland, WA.
  • Standard Shipping: $25 nationwide. Every order is carefully packaged for safe arrival.

For special events and installations, delivery and setup are coordinated directly as part of your service agreement.

Processing Time

Handcrafted products are made to order. Processing times vary by product type and will be communicated at the time of purchase or consultation.

Returns and Refunds

Physical products: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with a photo. We will replace or refund the item. We do not accept returns on undamaged handcrafted goods.

Event and custom services: Deposits are non-refundable once planning or production has begun.

Digital content: Sales of digital tutorial or course content are final once access has been granted.

Order cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins may be eligible for a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including photos, floral designs, descriptions, and video tutorials, is the property of Evergreen Flower Farm and may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Flower Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pacific County, Washington.
